Jewish Home party leader Naftali Bennett is a past chairman of the Yesha Council (The Council of 'settlements' of Judea and Samaria), and therefore, one would have thought, an opponent of uprooting 'settlements.' I'm sure that's what all his voters thought....

But now it turns out that the only thing standing between the Netanyahu government and uprooting 'settlements' is the agreement between
