Hold the media accountable? On what planet?

In an earlier post, I reported  that the United Nations had concluded that the child of a BBC reporter in Gaza, who was killed during Operation Pillar of Defense, had been killed by a stray Hamas rocket, and not by Israel. Back in November, when this happened, the media (particularly the BBC and the Washington Post) rushed to blame Israel for it.

Now, there are calls from American Jewish
